Entry to University Center is restricted to residents and authorized guests only. Guests of residents must present proper photo-identification in the lobby and be escorted by the residents at all times. Security staff will be on-site at all times. Additional security is provided by camera and foot surveillance. The building is also fully equipped with sprinklers, the most modern fire and life safety systems and meets the City of Chicago student housing building codes and regulations.
