Wellness Series Classes: Spring 2017

University Center caters to the entire student body. Our Wellness Series provides stress-free activities to help students relax, relate, and release. The Wellness Series kicks off on February 1st! This semester’s classes include the following:
  • Monday – Yoga at 5:30 PM
  • Tuesday – Circuit TrainingĀ at 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday – Yoga at 5:30 PM
